3D World Magazine

My Role:

I was originally commissioned to write a six-page tutorial (Creating a flexible stereoscopic 3D rig in After Effects) for the December 2009 issue. Off the back of that, I was offered a role answering readers questions in the monthly 'Q&A' section of the magazine. This would entail:

• Choosing a relevant question sent in by a reader or from the 3D World forums.

• Writing a half page, 400 word article that answered the readers question.

• Creation of all assets required to follow along with the tutorial.

• Recording a video tutorial to be included on a CD accompanying the magazine.

I also wrote a six issue 'Render Pass Fundamentals' series, consisting of monthly full page articles, renders and video tutorial.
