Warwick Castle - Time Tower

This audio-visual experience, situated in the Watergate Tower of Warwick Castle, educates visitors about the history of the castle. We filmed more than 30 actors and three ravens in Figment's in-house green-screen studio to help tell this epic story.

A projection mapped model of the castle accompanies the visuals in room two of the experience and is used to demonstrate the castle’s evolution. The final room contains a wall of talking portraits of the famous faces who owned the castle through its colourful history.

My Role: Working in-house at Figment Productions, my roles included location shooting, on-set VFX supervision, 3D animation, tracking and compositing. Key sequences I was responsible for included castle deconstructions, characters aging & disintegrating and a 12th Century castle siege involving hundreds of soldiers.
